 Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Oversee HR Operations: Manage HR contracts, operations, TUPE transfers, and policy implementation.
  • Drive Strategic Recruitment: Support recruitment for designated schools, working closely with the Recruitment Team.
  • Provide Employee Relations Support: Act as a key advisor in all employee relations matters.
  • Manage Payroll and Budget: Offer budgetary support and manage payroll requirements.
  • Conduct Analysis Reporting: Compile and report on HR analytics.
  • Lead HR Team Members: Directly manage six School HR Leads, ensuring cohesive teamwork and HR compliance.

 Qualifications and Skills Required:
Our client seeks a professional with:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification: Essential for demonstrating the necessary HR expertise.
  • HR Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a senior or generalist HR role.
  • In-depth Employment Law Knowledge: Ability to apply legal principles flexibly while upholding the Trust’s values.
  • Exceptional Communication & Problem-solving Skills: Strong relationship-building, analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Self-motivation and Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
