Great referrals deserve big thank yous
We work a little differently here at AcquireHR. We know that good people know good people, and we value those connections. So much so that we offer a referral award of £1,000 to HR professionals who refer a friend or colleague to us who are successful in their application process for any of our open roles.
We prefer referrals to come from HR professionals, as we trust your judgement in understanding the requirements of the roles and will have better success in referring the right candidates.
To refer a candidate
- Find the vacancy you would like to refer them for on our jobs board.
- Complete their details, followed by your details in the application form found on the job page.
- Upload their CV if you have it.
- If you don’t have their CV, please upload a cover letter stating why you think this person is suitable for the role.
- Read the T&Cs (Terms and Conditions) below, then check the confirmation box on the application form before submitting.
T&Cs
- To be eligible for the reward, the recommended friend must successfully pass their probation period.
- The referred friend must not have been previously contacted by or registered with AcquireHR or Jaymes Byron Talent Ltd. This ensures that we are reaching out to new talent and that our network is constantly expanding.
- We are unable to accept referrals from employees of the hiring client company.
- The £1000 referral awards apply to full-time roles of 12 months or more. A smaller finders fee will apply to interim and part-time positions, at the agency’s discretion.

Client referrals
Do you know a friend in a company who is looking to hire in the HR space? Whether you’re an AcquireHR client now or in the future, you can save £1,000 off your next hire through us when you refer our services to an additional organisation.
To refer a client, inform them of our services and tell them to mention your name and company when they contact us. Once they sign up and place a vacancy with us, we’ll credit your AcquireHR account with £1,000 to be used against the next vacancy you place with us.
T&Cs
- To be eligible, the referred organisation must sign up for our services and place a live vacancy with us.
- AcquireHR must successfully fill the vacancy.
